How to lose weight?
Tell me about my own experience of losing weight. This is my recipe at school, which has been reduced from 53kg to 44kg (too thin).

A bowl of oatmeal and two bags of vegetables in the morning. You can also replace oatmeal with soy milk. Enjoy your breakfast.

I must drink a bowl of vegetable soup before lunch. The free soup in our canteen is basically without seasoning, and a few leaves are floating, which is more conducive to losing weight. Then I eat vegetables and half a bowl of rice. I seldom order meat.

It hurts more at night, so eat an apple or cucumber.

Persistence will have an effect. If you think you can't stand it at night, you can choose to eat more vegetables at noon.
