Five were cancelled directly. For example, when researchers apply for the Science and Technology Award for popular science works, they need to submit the publication quality certificate issued by the publishing unit, and the applicant will not be required to provide this certificate in the future.
In addition, 72 items have been adjusted, such as handling according to existing certificates or vouchers, submitting written commitments or statements, conducting internal departmental investigations or online verification.
