Sanskrit Surdarshan Kriya is a method of purifying breath initiated by Indian spiritual teacher Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, which means to bring about a correct understanding of oneself through purification. It is pointed out in the course goal of Purifying Breath that stress will destroy people's creativity, intelligence and emotional intelligence, but sitting still and purifying breath can reduce tension, stress and negative emotions, improve personal performance and promote the relationship between people and me. After retraining, I really began to do breathing exercises seriously, and went to the Living Art Center for collective training every Saturday morning, and gradually learned the essence of purifying breathing. Three kinds of breathing methods to find the energy to revitalize the spirit. There are three kinds of breathing methods taught in the course, each of which has a different function. The first breathing method is "victory breathing method": when exhaling, sounds are emitted from the throat, and the vibration frequency can * * * the vagus nerves on both sides of the neck, so that the sympathetic nerves that are easy to cause anxiety and tension are stabilized and the parasympathetic nerves that can affect gastrointestinal function are activated. When the two nerves tend to be stable, the mood can remain calm. I learned this breathing method more than ten years ago, and then I learned two other breathing methods. The third breathing method consists of a special breathing method, which is specially called "purification breathing method". Originally, I am a very impatient person, and it is unlikely that I will sit for so long and only do a simple action. For more than a year, every time I practice at a stage, my body will feel a little numb, my left face and brain will twitch slightly, and it will return to normal after three or five minutes. After all the movements, lie down and rest, completely relax and sleep. Many people have different reactions and experiences. Some people will cry or laugh after 30 minutes of purifying breathing. For me, when I get up the next morning after practicing purifying breathing, I can defecate smoothly by drinking a cup of warm water (because there is enough oxygen in my body, which can promote the circulation of my body and intestines at one time). What impressed me was that when Mr. Liao led the practice of breathing, he would repeatedly emphasize that "everything should be 100% invested." "I agree with this very much, because if we put this spirit into the workplace and concentrate on doing one thing well, we can achieve the realm of Excellence. I actively practiced breathing with her for more than a year, and my physical condition is getting better and better. Breathe again and experience again!
