Promote the reduction of secondary packaging. By the end of 2023, more than 95% of e-commerce express mail will no longer be repackaged. Promote the recycling of express mail packaging, and by the end of 2023, the utilization rate of recycling turnover bags will reach over 95%. Third, we must promote energy conservation and emission reduction in production and operation. Promote energy conservation and consumption reduction in production and operation, and promote enterprises to build a number of green outlets and green distribution centers to save land, energy and water. ? By the end of 2023, the number of new energy vehicles in the city will reach more than 350, and the proportion of vehicles used will reach more than 30%.
