Fried cauliflower

Ingredients: appropriate amount of cauliflower, 60g of pork belly, 2-3 dried peppers, ginger 1 slice, 2 cloves of garlic, appropriate amount of salt and appropriate amount of soy sauce.

Exercise:

1. Wash cauliflower, cut into small pieces, cut dried pepper into sections, and slice pork belly.

2. Stir-fry pork belly. If the oil is not enough, stir-fry some oil in the pot and add ginger for fragrance.
