How to cook fried rice
Fried rice is called "Mongolian Lebada" in Mongolian, which means Mongolian rice. When herders go out to graze, they all carry a small bag of fried rice with them. It is very convenient to cook milk tea, soak fried rice and drink while eating at noon. Teach you how to cook fried rice and how to make it delicious: you choose a few kilograms of rice (the quality and variety of rice are not limited, but I suggest you don't choose glutinous rice, it's better to choose the kind that doesn't need to be washed and dried), and then heat it in a wok, without putting anything, just pour it in and fry it until it turns yellow. Please note the following points:

1, make sure the rice is dry when frying rice;

3. The rice must be fried to yellow. Whether it is light yellow or dark yellow depends on your taste. If you like to eat crispy rice, fry it deep yellow, if you don't like it, fry it light yellow.
