Is there any way to lose weight in two weeks?
A powerful diet that can lose 20 pounds a month (I personally tried it 15 as long as it is strictly in accordance with the requirements). Breakfast is 2 tomatoes+a glass of milk (small cup), lunch is a bowl of rice (small bowl)+two cucumbers (preferably cold), dinner is a bowl of porridge+a small amount of pickles (if you have the habit of midnight snack, you can eat less watermelon instead), try to do less large-scale exercise and stick to it for 30 days.
