Now it should be lack of exercise, muscles will relax, fat mass will increase and fat density will be low. At the same weight, the volume of fat will be much larger.
So although your weight hasn't changed, people have gained weight and increased body fat.
That's why weight is not the only measure of obesity now. Only when the body fat is qualified can you say that you are in good shape.
