Original yogurt 200g tomato1;

65438 boiled eggs with pure soybean milk +0 vegetarian chicken +65438 raw cucumber with half a catty;
the third day
Pure milk 200g boiled eggs 1 trotters 6 two tomatoes1;
The fourth day
Boiled eggs, 2 apples, 1 pure soybean milk, half a catty;
Fifth day
Original yogurt 200g chicken leg and half a catty raw cucumber 1 boiled egg1;
sixth day
Pure milk 200g apples half a catty boiled eggs 2 fresh oranges half a catty;
Seventh day
Pure soybean milk 1 kg raw cucumber 1 root mala Tang 1 serving (without vermicelli).
Cucumber, tomato, apple and fresh orange can replace the above recipes.
Yogurt, milk and soybean milk can be used instead.
Pig's trotters can only be eight treasures, and chicken legs can only be boiled to avoid braising.
The above recipes will lose about 5 kg after one week, 10 kg-14 kg after two weeks, and 20 kg after three weeks. This is my personal experience, and there will be a platform period in a month. Please eat less and eat more to avoid rebounding!
