The film Tiny Times is based on Jing M.Guo's novel Tiny Times, written and directed by Jing M.Guo, supervised by Chai Zhiping, the godmother of Taiwan Province idol drama, and supervised by Cui Zhendong, starring popular movie stars Yang Mi,, and Chen. Based on Shanghai, a beautiful and fashionable city with rapid economic development, the film tells the great changes of friendship, love and even affection experienced by four girls with deep feelings and different values and outlook on life from childhood, which is a true portrayal of the life of fashionable youth. The film was released in two episodes, named Tiny Times and Tiny Times 2: Aoki Times. The two films were released on June 27th, 20 13 and August 8th, 20 13 respectively.
