3. Work treatment
Salary and treatment: municipal, district and county financial classification guarantee. The monthly salary of new firemen is about 4300 yuan, and the new driver gets an extra post allowance of 1000 yuan on the basis of the monthly salary of about 4300 yuan. Those who hold the post of vice squad leader or above and have professional and technical expertise and are competent will be given additional post allowance every month according to the post category. After passing the political examination, physical examination, written examination, physical fitness test and interview, the municipal fire rescue detachment will organize no less than 1 month pre-job training.
Qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process. Candidates who provide false materials, deliberately conceal facts, forge or fabricate relevant documents, materials and information to cheat the examination qualification, and cheat in physical fitness test, physical examination, political examination and training will be disqualified once verified.
Pre-job training is organized and implemented by Handan detachment, and the assessment time is the last 4 days of training. Pre-job training should be carried out through quantitative assessment and eliminated in the whole process. Those who do not obey the management and fail the examination will be eliminated.
After the centralized training, the Handan Fire Rescue Detachment will co-ordinate and assign it to the employer to continue training for 2 months. Failure to obey the organization's assignment will be regarded as automatic waiver.
After the expiration of the 3-month training period, the qualified personnel will sign a labor dispatch contract with the employer after passing the vocational skill appraisal examination organized by the Political Department of Handan Fire Rescue Detachment. Those who fail the vocational skill appraisal examination may make up the examination after three months. After passing the examination, sign a labor dispatch contract with the employing unit, and dismiss those who fail.
