First, the running time is too strict. We have all heard the saying that running takes half an hour to get results. So many people insist on running for half an hour.

However, after we ran hard for half an hour, the sugar reserves in your body are not enough, because the energy storage substance in our body is mainly fat, so the amount of sugar is not much, and it will not take long.
However, if we run for a long time, with the passage of time, the sugar in our body becomes less and less, the decomposition rate of fat will be much faster, and our fat-reducing effect will naturally be stronger.
But that doesn't mean you only need to run for half an hour, because by half an hour, the speed of fat consumption has just reached a relatively fast speed, and then running will get faster and faster, so don't stare at running for half an hour, run more.
Second, running too fast leads to short running time. Many people have a big misunderstanding about running, thinking that as long as running is aerobic exercise, as long as sweating more means losing weight quickly, which is very wrong.
Why do you choose jogging when running? Because when jogging, we can let the body fully carry out aerobic breathing, so as to persist in running for a long time and a long distance.
When we run fast, our bodies will be powered by anaerobic breathing, so we can't keep running for a long time. Although our bodies consume a lot of energy and sweat a lot, the total energy consumed is still not as good as jogging for a long time.
Third, the diet is not moderate. If you haven't lost weight after running for several years, it's basically because your diet is not well controlled. It is very important to control your diet.
Running is increasing our energy consumption, while controlling diet is reducing our energy intake. Only by controlling participation can the energy stored in your body be released and achieve good fat-reducing effect.
