How to run to skinny legs?
First run twice, then jog once, and then walk slowly. Theoretically, stretching does not really make the calf thinner (weight) but it can make the calf look thinner (shape).

Do warm-up exercises before running. This is very important. Tell your body to start exercising.

The heel of running touches the ground first. Helps burn fat on the calf.
