79-year-old grandma has been working out for 20 years. Do you like fitness? How long can it last?
A 70-year-old grandmother is famous for exercising for more than ten years every day and successfully losing more than ten kilograms. This grandmother's perseverance is not comparable to that of ordinary people. Every morning, she jumps 1000 times, jumps backwards 1000 times, then does 1000 push-ups, 1000 sit-ups, and is supported by a plate for 6 minutes. This kind of exercise, she persisted for 20 years, and this perseverance is simply unimaginable. I actually like fitness myself, but I can't last long. Maybe I went to the gym today, but I can't stick to it for two days. It is really admirable that this old woman can persist for 20 years.

When I was in college, I liked running very much for a while. I go running in the playground every night. The idea at that time was to keep fit, get better and lose weight. But because the main purpose is not to lose weight, there is no diet control. I started running in the second half of my freshman year, and I was able to run five laps at first. After running for a while, it began to rise, rising to 10 lap, 15 lap, 20 lap. Later, I ran 20 laps a day steadily, and after running 20 laps, I could go to rest.

At that time, I kept running for more than half a year, and my body obviously felt much better during that time. I don't have a headache or fever, and I don't often catch a cold. Although the weight has not changed much, it has only lost two pounds. But basically everyone said I lost weight when they saw me. I think maybe I lost body fat. However, during that time, my mental outlook was particularly good, and the whole person looked particularly energetic. When I'm not running, I feel groggy every day. I always want to sleep, so I just lie in bed when I have nothing to do. After running, I feel full every day, and I feel very practical when I sleep at night.

So, although I usually like fitness, I can't last long. In college, I spent more than half a year on fitness. Later, I never insisted on fitness for so long. It's amazing that this old woman can keep fit for 20 years.
