2. Lift your toes and put them down. Just repeat, 25 times as a group, three groups a day, and rub the calf after each group;
3. Pat and massage more, do stretching exercises, and don't just step on half a foot of stairs;
4. Raise your legs several times before going to bed every day.
Bed leg reduction
1, put the pillow in the middle of the calf and sit by the bed, with the big calf and calf at a 90-degree angle. Slowly lift the calf, hold this position for about three seconds, then put it down and repeat the action ten to fifteen times.
2. Lie on the bed and straighten your legs. When one foot moves, one foot straightens out. Do it twenty to thirty times in turn until the calf feels tired.

Personal experience; Acupuncture partial weight loss is very effective, but if it is muscle instead of fat, it has to be slower.
