Riding the Yunnan-Tibet line is about 100- 150 kilometers per day. High altitude hypoxia. Don't force it. Get up as much as you can every day. It is recommended to choose a good place to stay, bring rain-proof equipment and special food for high-energy food! When going downhill, don't rush uphill, especially when the curve or the road ahead is unclear!
