All yoga is ok. I think yoga can play a slimming effect to a certain extent. The weight may not change, but the whole body will become more beautiful. I practiced yoga for a month in winter vacation and went to a special yoga studio every day for about an hour. I don't feel anything when I lose weight, but I feel much more relaxed and flexible.
