(1) Establish systematic supervision measures to supervise the development of network culture as a whole. At present, many problems in live broadcast are * * * problems. Therefore, for the problems existing in the development of network culture, we should take systematic regulatory measures to comprehensively standardize them, and we can warn the key points first. At present, the network cultural products are colorful, and the live webcast is only an integral part of the network culture. A better way to supervise webcasting is to provide clear legal standards for webcasting, stipulating that webcasting shall not harm national interests, public interests and the legitimate rights and interests of others.
(2) The legislative process should be balanced. The state can solve the problems existing in network operation by enacting the basic law of network operation activities by the National People's Congress. In the process of formulating e-commerce law in the National People's Congress Standing Committee (NPCSC), we should take into account the development trend of e-commerce and bring webcasting into the adjustment scope of e-commerce law. If cultural products are separated in the process of formulating e-commerce law and special rules are formulated by the cultural supervision department, then it is possible to lose sight of one thing and lose sight of another. The best strategy is to combine webcasting business activities with e-commerce, formulate a unified e-commerce law, and standardize webcasting business activities.
(3) The government strengthens the supervision and market guidance on the content of webcasting. The main task of the government in content supervision is to establish a perfect supervision system. The first is to strengthen the construction of the main responsibility system of webcasting. Participants in webcasting should strengthen their sense of responsibility, and as communicators of network culture, they should have clear responsibilities. In addition, the government can also encourage innovation in the webcast industry through financial subsidies.
(4) Strengthen industry self-discipline and guide the establishment of a network anchor credit system. Webcast industry should not only rely on the regulatory policies of government departments, but also realize the orderly and healthy development of this emerging industry through the guidance of government self-discipline. Although the live broadcast industry is in full swing, there is still a long way to go, and all walks of life cannot relax.
