I think it is more realistic to:
1. Get up in the morning and drink a cup of hemp paste to moisten your stomach. Hemp paste is easy to get full and won't feel hungry.
2. Eat as usual at noon, no matter whether you eat or not, it is nutritious.
Have another cup of hemp paste in the evening, and eat an apple or something when you are hungry. I've been drinking in Yi Shu Hall recently.
