Composition:
500 grams of edamame, 5 slices of fragrant leaves, 3 slices of ginger, 3 slices of dried red pepper, 2 slices of star anise, proper amount of refined salt and water.
Cooking steps:
1. Wash fresh edamame repeatedly;
