The practice of frying uncooked rice
1. Heat the pan and pour in the rice (you can put a little oil to prevent the pan from sticking, if it doesn't, it's unnecessary).

2. Stir-fry over high fire for 2 minutes, then stir-fry over low fire. Be sure to stir fry constantly to prevent burning. If necessary, you can pick up the pot and shake it gently, which will also help the rice to be heated evenly.

3. Stir-fry until brown, turn off the fire and smell. Don't wash the burnt rice out. Use the residual temperature of the pot to keep the burnt rice hot for a while. Cool and put in a sealed pot.
