A written contract shall be signed for the lease or use of a cemetery. The contract shall specify the unconditional renewal of service period and the liability for breach of contract.

If there is only proof and no contract, it will be bad for both sides. Once there is a dispute over the right to use the cemetery in the future, both parties cannot safeguard their legitimate rights and interests.

In the process of signing the contract, the tomb side is actually a strong side, and signing the contract is more beneficial to them. Not signing the contract can only show that they don't know the law.

The problem of cemetery users not signing contracts is not very big. Once there is a problem, government departments will come out to coordinate and maintain stability.
