3. Select a photo, as shown in the figure below:

4. Click the special effects icon again, as shown in the figure below:

5. Click to select a special effect, and then click Save, as shown in the figure below:

6. Click Next again, as shown in the figure below:

7. Finally, click Publish, as shown in the figure below:
