Monday

Breakfast: a bowl of wheat bran and a glass of skim milk;

Lunch: one pork chop, one bowl of clear soup, two bowls of boiled vegetables and half a bowl of plain rice;

Dinner: a tomato and egg sandwich and a cup of green tea.

Tuesday

Breakfast: three apples and a cup of green tea;

Lunch: a steak, a bowl of clear soup, two bowls of boiled vegetables and half a bowl of plain rice;

Dinner: A bowl of Wonton Noodles and a bowl of boiled vegetables.

Wednesday

Breakfast: two bananas and a cup of green tea;

Lunch: nine slices of lean meat, one bowl of clear soup, two bowls of boiled vegetables and half a bowl of plain rice;

Dinner: a salad and a cup of green tea.

Thursday

Breakfast: one raisin wheat bag and one oolong tea;

Lunch: six tablespoons of steamed fish, one bowl of clear soup, two bowls of boiled vegetables and half a bowl of plain rice;

Dinner: a bowl of spinach noodles and a cup of oolong tea.

Friday

Breakfast: a bowl of cornflakes and a glass of skim milk;

Lunch: three chicken wings in brine, one bowl of clear soup, two bowls of boiled vegetables and half a bowl of plain rice;

Dinner: a bowl of beef balls and rice, and a bowl of boiled vegetables.

Saturday

Breakfast: five prunes and a glass of skim milk;

Lunch: four pieces of fried chicken (peeled), one bowl of clear soup, two bowls of boiled vegetables and half a bowl of plain rice;

Dinner: a bowl of rice with ink pills and a bowl of boiled vegetables.

Sunday

Breakfast: one wheat bag and one prune juice cup;

Lunch: eight boiled shrimps, one bowl of clear soup, two bowls of boiled vegetables and half a bowl of plain rice;

Dinner: a tuna sandwich and a cup of green tea.

Tips for slimming:

Do not eat spicy, greasy, salty and processed foods;

Eat more vegetables and fruits;

Drink plenty of water, at least eight cups a day, and drink a cup of warm water or skim milk when you get up every day;

It is best to finish dinner before 9 pm. Don't eat anything else after meals, especially quit snacks.

Soak your feet with a teaspoon of coarse salt mixed with hot water for fifteen minutes every night, jump on one foot ten times before going to bed, and massage your lower abdomen ten times with your palm;

Do three and a half hours of aerobic exercise every week.
