Some warrior series are also easy to hurt the knee joint, such as the knee joint of Bird King, which will cause knee joint injury outward. Everyone must pay attention to the correct posture in practice.
Three-pulse smoothing
The stomach meridian goes to the outside above rectus femoris, and the outside of patella is the nose point of calf.
Zusanli point is located in the lower three miles of Dubi point.
The point of knee pain is Liang Qiu point, which can solve the pain above the knee joint at a point two inches above our patella, either gently or through moxibustion.
Just above the patella is the Heding point.
If the knee is painful, moxibustion at Heding point 15 minutes, moxibustion at the inner side of the knee 15 minutes, moxibustion at the outer side 15 minutes, and moxibustion at * * * for 45 minutes can relieve the knee pain very well.
Chinese medicine says: diseases caused by meridians.
1 Rub with your hand and pat the tip of your calf. You can always rub it if you are sick or not. You can also massage the calf nose point+Zusanli point, which can cure the knee joint problem very well.
The acupoint on the spleen meridian is called Yinlingquan, which is a detection point of moisture. People with high humidity can moxibustion this point, which is on the inside of the knee joint.
3. Right outside the thigh is the gallbladder meridian, from thigh to calf to Yangling point, especially the joint fibula head protruding outside the knee joint is Yangling Spring, which can solve many problems of the knee joint.
Especially the swelling of the knee joint can dial Yangling point. The legs of middle-aged and elderly people are aging and degenerating. The causes of degradation are wind, cold and humidity.
Cupping can bring wind. Cold joints are cold. The wet legs are particularly heavy and the joints are swollen. You can moxibustion Yinling point.
Methods of maintaining knee joint
1 First, we should reduce the load-bearing exercises of the legs, and secondly, we should practice the flexion and extension of the legs more.
Increase the practice of pushing inside and outside.
When practicing, some movements will cause knee pain, which is the reaction of Ashi point. When these problems occur, you can gently touch Ashi point.
3 Hot compress the knee joint, put half a catty of salt and half a catty of fennel in a dry pot and then hot compress it on the pain point.
Soft tissue injury can be alleviated by sticking plaster on a certain part.
After practicing yoga, you can also directly paste analgesic ointment on the inner knee eye, outer knee eye and Heding point.
