I used to weigh 170 kilograms, 180cm, which is not very fat.
But I have a lot of meat on my face, and others say I am fat, so I decided to lose it.
I started jogging 1w meters every day, and spent a lot of time. After a week, I lost 6 pounds.
I think it is very effective. I didn't do anything in the second week and gained 7 pounds. ...
Later, I decided to stick to 30 kilometers a week and run once every other day.
Go back to do sit-ups/kloc-above 0/00, push-ups/kloc-above 0/00. Take your time.
After one year, I weighed 148 kg, and I haven't exercised that much so far.
Proper exercise and weight change are not significant.
