Ba Duan Jin Breathing Method:
First, breathe along the abdomen: protrude the lower abdomen when inhaling, contract the upper abdomen, contract the lower abdomen when exhaling, and protrude the upper abdomen.
Second, anti-abdominal breathing: when inhaling, the lower abdomen contracts, and the upper abdomen protrudes. When exhaling, the lower abdomen protrudes and the upper abdomen contracts. Except for the sixth section of brocade, "Climbing the waist with both hands to strengthen the kidney | abdominal breathing", all other sections of brocade adopt reverse abdominal breathing. Methods: Inhale and exhale through nostril, and breathe gently, thinly, slowly and long. Basic elements:
1. Inhale slowly when your hands are raised from bottom to top, and exhale slowly when you put them down for a long time.
2. Inhale when the outstretched hand is close to the body, and exhale when the hand is stretched out.
3. Inhale when stretching and exhale when bending.
