Wang Jinyi is the village party secretary of Sujialin Village, Zhaohe Town, Wei County. Under the guidance of Scientific Outlook on Development, Wang Jinyi discussed the major issues of the village's economic and social development with the village cadres according to the requirements of five tasks: industrial prosperity, ecological livability, rural civilization, effective governance and affluent life, studied and determined the new rural construction plan and the road to enriching the people and strengthening the village, which promoted the scientific development of the village.
