A bowl of rice of normal size can be eaten with chopsticks for an average of 43 mouthfuls, but with hands or spoons for 17 mouthfuls and 20 mouthfuls respectively. If you can fly fast no matter what you eat, or eat three bowls of rice at a time, it won't be useful to eat with toothpicks. Chewing slowly makes it easier to feel full.
The best way is to have a good exercise.
