Ingredients: 4 eggs, 3g ginger, sugar, salt, cooking wine, aged vinegar, knife, pot, vegetable oil, chopsticks and bowl.
1. Cut the ginger and put it aside.
2. Put a proper amount of Jiang Mo, sugar, salt, cooking wine and mature vinegar into a bowl and mix well.
