The second is exercise. In fact, some bloggers who eat live broadcasts will gradually gain weight by eating and drinking every day, so they will strengthen their exercise whenever they have time. Maintaining their figure in this way should have no effect. After all, after eating so much at a meal, how long does it take to exercise to consume those calories?

The third one is hungry. If you don't eat for a few days and then eat a lot during the live broadcast, it's too extreme and you use less. After a long time, the harm is so great that most people can't hold on.

The fourth is the special constitution that can't eat fat. There are such people who are not fat after eating, and they don't absorb it after eating more. It is simply a rare immortal constitution in the world. I'm the one who can't eat fat, but it's also because of gastrointestinal problems, weak spleen and stomach, and nutrition is not easy to absorb.

The fifth is that there really is a natural big stomach king. Born with a big stomach, you really have to eat a lot to be full. Therefore, the stomach empties quickly and enters the intestine without digestion. This basal metabolism is fast and it is not easy to gain weight.

In a word, I don't think there is anything special about the way most bloggers maintain their normal weight, except that they are really talented and don't eat fat, and the rest rely on vomiting or exercise. But overeating is very harmful to our health, so we ordinary people should not try it.
