Is boxing difficult for people who are strong and weak?
Boxing requires a high level of physical fitness.

The so-called physical fitness is relative, and you need to improve your basic physical fitness, which has nothing to do with the overall boxing practice.

Boxing itself needs explosive power, endurance, reaction and so on, and physical fitness is the most basic part.

It's not so much that thin people can't practice well as that their physical fitness hasn't kept up.

The following can be used as a reference.

Basic physical training

Push-ups are performed in groups of 20 times for three consecutive groups, and the interval between each group should not exceed 1 minute;

Sit-ups 30 times a group, three groups in a row, the interval between each group should not exceed 1 minute;

Three consecutive groups, one group skipping rope for 500 times, and the interval between each group should not exceed 1 minute;

Running 800 meters is the lowest. I run 20 kilometers every night.

Basic physical training is enough, the simplest and most effective!
