Will drinking water after exercise affect the exercise effect?
Drinking water after exercise will not affect the exercise effect, but you should know two things:

After exercise, especially after strenuous exercise, you must replenish water, otherwise you will collapse.

But don't drink plenty of water after exercise. Once you drink a lot of water, the salt content in your blood will decrease. Sweat more after exercise, salt is more likely to be lost, and cell osmotic pressure is more likely to be reduced, leading to imbalance of sodium metabolism and muscle spasm. Too much water permeates cells and intercellular substance, causing brain cells to swell, which will lead to the increase of brain blood pressure and prone to symptoms of water poisoning such as headache, drowsiness and slow heart rhythm.

It is recommended to drink a small amount of water after exercise, drink more water, and don't drink a lot at once.
