For the first time, I strictly followed the book and found that I was really not used to it. Onions are too strong. . Only 1/3 onions were put this time, and the taste was very satisfactory ~
Materials:
2 pieces of chicken breast, half onion (I put 1/3), 3 eggs, oat bran, 2 tablespoons (I put oatmeal), 20g ginger, 20g coriander, a little salt and Chili powder.
Exercise:
1. Oven version:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Put some hot water in the big baking tray and put it in the oven.
Chop the chicken into stuffing. Chop onion, ginger and leek, add salt and Chili powder and mix together.
Fortunately, I have the kind of cooking machine that I hold at home, so I put all these things in and planned to mix them together.
Stir the eggs and oat bran (oats) evenly, then mix them together, stir them clockwise and put them in a small baking tray. Then enlarge the small baking tray on the baking tray. Just take the exam for about half an hour.
2. Microwave version:
You don't have to bother to serve two baking trays.
Those with steam microwave function can turn on steam. But the microwave time exceeds 10 minute. But the effect is soft, so it is recommended to put it for a while before eating.
If there is no steam function, cover the mixture with plastic wrap and heat it for 5 minutes ~
