Don't do every part in a day, concentrate. It can be roughly divided into hands, abdomen and legs!
For example, I mainly exercise my hand muscles on Monday, and I can do push-ups. Generally, you are divided into three groups with an interval of 5 minutes. Each group is trying to reach the limits of their own bodies, because if you grind your teeth and add another one when you feel that you can't stand it any longer, your strength will break through. In terms of body shape, if you want to get quick results, you have to pay attention to three points:
1 insist on not fishing for three days. . . .
2 Nutrition, mainly to supplement protein, has many ways (drinking raw eggs, protein powder and so on! )
3 The daily exercise time shall not be less than 1 hour.
If you can stick to it, it will have a significant effect after one month!
