First of all, sit up straight in the chair, bend your knees with your legs together, close your eyes and lower your head. Your upper body contracts forward and bends down, elbows bend down, arms are placed in front of you, fists are clenched in front of your head, hold your posture for 3 seconds, and exhale slowly. Then the upper arm keeps the elbow bent, opens to both sides, lifts horizontally, opens the palm, fully expands the chest, and leans back the scapula. At the same time, raise your head and inhale with your mouth wide open for 3 seconds, which can effectively exercise the masseter muscles, make the facial contour clearer and the facial lines more beautiful.

Part III: Head and neck stretching exercise

First, bend the elbow of your left arm, keep the position behind your head to the right, press your head forward with moderate strength, and breathe slowly. Then change to the position where the right hand holds the top of the head to the left, and the palm slowly presses the head backwards. The purpose of this is to fully stretch the neck muscles and stimulate the water circulation. Finally, open your palm and put it on your cheek, use the root of your palm to force and gently circle. This will make the facial muscles firm and naturally highlight the small face.

In addition, while doing face-lifting exercises, it will be better if you can eat a face-lifting fruit every day.
