Recipe: First, breakfast.
You can't skip breakfast, you must eat well.
Consider an egg, half a purple potato, a cup of milk/sugar-free soybean milk, and milk cereal if you like cereal.
Second, lunch.
The "rice" in the canteen is normal. The so-called food refers to normal rice and stir-fried dishes, excluding mala Tang, rice noodles, rice noodles, fried noodles, fried chicken and hamburgers.
Rice+stir-fry (it can be vegetable fried meat or meat) is ok.
Third, dinner.
Dinner is the same as lunch. If you are not hungry at night, you can eat lightly and in small quantities.
But you must eat dinner, and you can't use fruit or yogurt instead. The sugar in fruit and yogurt may be higher than the calories in a meal.
