Why should we learn food safety knowledge?
The first is to strengthen source management.

In recent years, China's food industry has developed rapidly, and its contribution to economic growth has increased year by year. At the same time, due to the low entry threshold, a large number of food enterprises are small in scale, scattered and not intensive, and their own quality and safety management capabilities are low. Huge food production and consumption, numerous producers and operators, and imperfect food safety supervision system and mechanism are the biggest constraints on China's weak food safety foundation. To solve the problem of food safety from the root, we must first establish an industrial chain monitoring system from farmland to table. Whether it is vegetables or meat, as long as it is food, it should be included in the monitoring scope. Starting with the means of production such as water, soil and feed, we should strengthen monitoring, and we can't wait until we enter the market.

The second is to establish credit files and increase education and publicity.

In recent years, a series of food safety incidents have highlighted the lack of credit in China's food industry and become an important factor restricting the healthy development of China's food industry. To this end, the government should establish a sound food safety credit file and truly establish a benign operating mechanism in the whole society, which can trace the source and destination of products, store information, recall products, check clues and find evidence. At the same time, improve the food safety publicity and education mechanism and increase the intensity of food safety publicity and education. At present, the public's awareness of food safety prevention and legal concept have not been greatly strengthened, and education is the basic link of food safety prevention measures. The society should form an atmosphere that allows food producers, operators and consumers to have the triple identities of supporters, defenders and creators of food safety at the same time, thus reducing the cost of supervision and improving the effectiveness of supervision.

Third, integrate the regulatory agencies.

China's food safety management is implemented by food and drug supervision, agriculture, commerce, health, quality supervision, industry and commerce and other departments, and there may be a situation of "multiple heads scattered and not closely connected". Therefore, we should further straighten out the food safety management system and implement "comprehensive, professional and systematic" supervision by one department. No matter which part of the food goes wrong, the responsibility of the department will be investigated to avoid inadequate supervision or overlapping responsibilities and unclear responsibilities, and to plug the regulatory loopholes to the maximum extent.

Fourth, strengthen law enforcement.

In China, the reason why food safety incidents occur one after another is related to the punishment of offenders by law. When an enterprise violates the law, the law of our country punishes it like this: in addition to demanding compensation for losses, consumers can also demand compensation from producers or sellers for 10 times of the price. This standard punishment can't scare enterprises at all. Some illegal food producers dare to produce "problem food" because of "low illegal cost" Therefore, we must always maintain a high-pressure situation to crack down on illegal and criminal activities in food safety and severely punish those who violate the law.

Experience 2: Learning experience of food safety.

Since I study food safety, let me first define what food is and what food safety is.

Generally speaking, food is what people eat and drink every day. Specifically, it refers to all kinds of finished products and raw materials for human consumption or drinking, as well as articles that are traditionally both food and medicine, but do not include articles for therapeutic purposes. Food safety means that food is non-toxic and harmless, meets the nutritional requirements, and will not cause any acute, subacute or chronic harm to human health. Unsafe food has become "problem food". When it comes to food safety, people are extremely concerned and worried. Because with the continuous progress of social economy, the development of economic globalization and the diversification of people's food culture, food hygiene and safety has become a hot topic of great concern. "Sudan Red Incident", "Water-injected Meat" and "Sanlu Milk Powder Incident" all affect our hearts. With the diversified development of food, various additives are constantly being refurbished and emerged, and are constantly added to food. There are additives in the floss and melamine in the milk powder. Although the information about food safety in modern society is asymmetric, it may be the default of consumers. Considering the food we eat every day and the people around us, most people agree with the view that "out of sight is clean". Yes, when you eat food, you don't think about the production process of the food, and you don't really think about whether it has passed the national hygiene inspection. You only consider the taste, but sometimes you eat "problem food", so what should we do?

First of all, you should go to a regular store to buy food, not the "three noes" food around the campus and in the streets; Buy food produced by regular manufacturers and try to choose brands with good reputation; Carefully check the product label; Food labels must be marked with: product name, ingredient list, net content, factory name, address, production date, shelf life, product standard number, etc. Do not buy products with nonstandard labels; Whether the food is suitable for your own consumption; Don't blindly follow advertisements. Advertising does not represent science, but reflects the interests of businesses.

Secondly, what dietary hygiene habits should college students pay attention to? Boiled water is the best drink, and some drinks contain preservatives, pigments and so on. If you drink it regularly, it is not good for the health of college students and children. Develop good hygiene habits to prevent the spread of intestinal parasitic diseases; Raw vegetables and fruits should be washed before eating to avoid pesticide poisoning; When choosing food, we should pay attention to the production date and shelf life of the food; Try to eat as little or no leftovers as possible. If you eat leftovers, you must heat them thoroughly to prevent bacterial food poisoning. Do not eat raw food without hygiene guarantee, such as sashimi and raw water chestnut; Do not eat street food without health protection; Eat less fried, smoked and grilled food, which will produce toxic substances and endanger our health if it is not made properly; Most girls love sweets, so the more sweets, the better? Summer drinks are rich in sugar, and we are prone to skin inflammation and various diseases when we eat too much. Eating too much sugar in summer will also produce a lot of acidic substances, which will break the normal acid-base balance of blood and make us acidic. Medical data show that 70% of diseases occur in people with acidic constitution, which undoubtedly makes us the "No.1 bed for slimming in Korea". In addition to the above functions, many drinks also lack protein and fat necessary for human development. Drinking too much will affect our dinner and cause malnutrition, so it is best not to drink more than 100 ml every day. To make us smart, we should eat more fish, egg yolk, shrimp skin, seaweed, kelp, lean meat and so on. If conditions permit, you can drink more pure milk and yogurt, eat more fruits and eat less out-of-season fruits.

Through studying food safety, I pay more attention to "eating". How to eat is safe and healthy, how to mix with food is more nutritious, and which foods are unsafe? Which foods are safer? For example, I used to like rice noodles, potato flour, cold rice noodles and mala Tang, but I seldom eat them since I learned food safety. Everything is poisonous, and I am very uneasy. Fried food is rarely eaten, and the repeated use of those oils has produced carcinogens, which I can't eat, and the fat content is high. I seldom eat my favorite bean sprouts. I'm afraid it's all made by black-hearted merchants with sulfur and excessive additives. If I buy it myself, I will buy bean sprouts with roots. I know rootlessness is not safe. Fortunately, I studied food safety and gave me a lot of guidance in real life. Otherwise, I will be tempted by advertisements and special offers to buy unsafe cooking oil in the supermarket. I remember the last time I went to the supermarket to buy cooking oil, I saw that I bought a bucket of a certain brand of oil and sent a bag of rice. At that time, I thought it was very affordable and I was going to take it away. Later, I thought of the teacher's suggestion on how to buy cooking oil. A closer look at the oil reveals that it is dark, dull and has no ingredient list. Finally bought it again. This is what I learned, and there are many things I won't say one by one. I will make better use of it in real life, and strive to make myself and my family and friends around me eat safer and healthier.
