indicate

Used for cardiogenic edema, but not for renal and hepatic edema. It is also used to treat brain edema, peptic ulcer and glaucoma.

Dose usage

1. Treatment of cardiogenic edema: 0.25 ~ 0.5g each time,/kloc-0 once a day, with the best effect after breakfast. 2. Treatment of glaucoma and brain edema: 0.25g each time, 2-3 times a day. 3. Treatment of peptic ulcer: 0.5g each time, 3 times a day, 1 course of treatment for 3 weeks. The pain disappeared within 7 ~ 9 days. During the medication period, 2g sodium bicarbonate, sodium citrate 1g, potassium bicarbonate 1g, magnesium oxide 1.5g and water 1500 ~ 2000ml can be added daily to prevent water-electrolyte imbalance. 3. Intravenous injection and intramuscular injection: acute cases: the first dose is 500mg, and the maintenance dose is 125-250mg, 1 time /4h. Children: 5- 10mg/(kg times).

Matters needing attention

1. Long-term application requires taking potassium salt at the same time to prevent hypokalemia. 2. Attention should be paid to correcting metabolic acidosis (hyperchloric acidosis). 3. Patients with hepatic coma, severe decline of renal function and adrenal cortex function, metabolic acidosis and edema with hypokalemia should not be used, nor should patients with cor pulmonale and heart failure. 4. Serious adverse reactions include agranulocytosis (allergic reaction), urinary calculi such as decreased citrate excretion and calcium carbonate precipitation caused by metabolic acidosis, so those with a history of urinary calculi should not be applied. 5. Can cause renal complications, such as renal colic, lithiasis, sulfanilamide crystals, nephrotic syndrome, etc. In order to prevent it, besides the prevention principle of sulfonamides, potassium salts and magnesium salts should also be added. Patients with hypercalciuria should eat a low-calcium diet. 6. Drugs that can enhance carbonic anhydrase activity such as calcium, iodine and broad-spectrum antibiotics should be avoided. 7. Common adverse reactions include drowsiness, numbness of face and limbs. 8. This product is mainly used to treat glaucoma, and is rarely used as a diuretic. 9. It can lead to myopia and loss of eye accommodation.

Specification tablets: 0.25g per tablet. Injection: 500mg/2ml.
