Just like I am learning financial management knowledge now, I have to do the same thing every day in the early stage, but I can't feel my own progress and I can't tell the target progress, so I will lack follow-up motivation, my physical strength will start to drain, and my study plan will run aground.

People who have no inner strength will show that they have no opinion, have difficulty in choosing, have no follow-up motivation to do things, and often doubt themselves.

What's a great person like?

I met an elder sister, who is my spiritual mentor. She gets up at four o'clock every day. Eager to learn and speak, she likes to be an inspiring lecturer and influence a group of people with her own actions. Every day, you can feel the full charge from the screen of your mobile phone. She is like a sun, she can charge others by herself. She is sure that she can accomplish her goal and doesn't allow herself to find any excuse not to accomplish it. I think she is a person with a strong heart.

Not only her, but also Sister Xifeng and Sister Furong. I think they are all very powerful people at heart. They are not afraid of being laughed at by others or showing others what they want, and they are firmly on the road of showing themselves.

What can I do to have strength?

I used to think that writing an article is just like keeping a diary, just recording my daily situation, so that I can see what I have done when I am old. But now I find that writing articles can really influence others. Just like this sister, she writes inspirational chicken soup articles every day, writes about her own progress, constantly portrays herself, constantly writes down what she wants to be, and then records what she has done for the future today. You can see her footprints from shallow to deep at every step, and then you succeed.

2. Write down the good things you did today, that is, some small happiness, and constantly affirm that you can do it.

I've always wanted to lose weight, but I can't find a way to keep it. Now I weigh myself every morning and evening, and the screenshots are recorded in the slimming diary, and I insist on it every day. It records what I ate and did in a day. At first, it was just for recording, but after a week of recording, I found that as long as you write it down, you will deliberately pay attention to what your diet is like today. You will slowly and consciously eat something with less salt and oil. I'm sure I can lose weight by recording, because losing weight is actually a deliberate exercise. By constantly trying and finding your own way, you will feel your progress every day.

At first, we will doubt whether we can do anything. When you doubt yourself, you just need to tell yourself that you can do it.

3. Find a spiritual mentor who can give you strength, absorb his energy and follow in his footsteps.

I have decided to simplify my books every day, and I am also attracted by this teacher. She will give me a bowl of thick chicken soup every day to let me know what time she gets up every day. What's her goal? What she did for her goal. I like her grounding guidance very much. I don't think she is better than me, and I can't keep up with her. I will think, if she can do it, I will do it.
