No eye contact. The concentration of essential oil is extremely high. Please do not touch eyes.
Oral instructions must be provided by experts or manufacturers. Good quality essential oils can be taken orally, but not all essential oils can be taken orally. The essential oils in the workshops are all mixed. If you can't judge the quality of essential oil, you'd better not take it orally.
When the skin has a wound, you should avoid using essential oil, but if it is a small knife wound or a small wound, you can use essential oil to make the skin heal quickly.
Do a skin test before use. Adjust the concentration of 3% essential oil and use it under the armpit or chest. Only when there is no allergy for at least 24 hours can you use essential oil.

It is generally not recommended for women to use essential oils during menstruation, because more than 85% of essential oils have menstrual function, and there may be an increase in menstrual flow and occasional bloody collapse.
During pregnancy, you can use incense all the time It is forbidden to use essential oils for bathing or massage in the first three months of pregnancy, or avoid using essential oils with estrogenic effects during pregnancy because of their menstrual function, such as basil, sage and fennel.
