Personally, I like noodles, especially cold noodles in summer. In fact, if I cook it myself at home, it's mainly delicious and simple. Here are some of my practices.
1: After the noodles are cooked, rinse them with cold water to get too cold.
2: Cut some shredded cucumber, shredded soul and the like, depending on what dough you like to eat.
3: It's the seasoning. Add salt, monosodium glutamate, pepper oil, chicken essence, vinegar, Chili oil, delicious soy sauce, boiled sesame sauce and sesame oil, and that's basically it.
If you do this, it will be a good cold noodle.
