Fighting training method
Fighting training methods include strength training, basic leg training and basic boxing training.

1, strength training:

Push-ups can be used for upper limb strength training, and the effect will be better if conditions permit. Although the upper limbs are not the main fighting weapons, they still need to have certain fighting capacity, and of course they don't have to be trained to the level of weightlifters or Hercules.

Strength training of lower limbs, including squat or leapfrog, can be carried out with bare hands or weight. It's very simple, mainly to train the strength of quadriceps. The strength of the quadriceps determines whether you can kick a fatal kick in combat.

The training of waist strength can be achieved by grasping a fixed thing with both hands, then pushing forward with one hand and pulling back with the other. And you generally don't feel waist strength in fighting, although almost all your movements are completed with the participation of waist strength.

2. Basic leg training:

The main goal of low side kick is the opponent's knee joint. Kick the knee with the sole of your foot. This kick is usually used when the opponent moves forward to attack the upper part. If you take the initiative to kick each other, it is generally difficult to get a hand. Your opponent can gently lift his leg to avoid your attack.

The target and usage of low side kick are similar to those of low side kick, but the action is different. It is to hit your opponent's knee joint with the approximate part between your calf and arch, mainly touching the outside of the knee joint.

3. Basic boxing training:

The main purpose of forehand straight boxing is to control opponents in fighting. The target of the attack is the eyebrows in the middle of the opponent's eyes, and the hand has been pointing at him, so that the straight fist can hit the opponent's eyes with waist strength in a short distance.

Backhand hook is a kind of boxing with great lethality, and it is also driven by waist strength to hit the opponent's stomach or chin. The attack power is relatively strong, because it is driven by the waist force to violently hit the upper part of the syncline, so it is often possible to decide the result of the battle with one blow.
