Q: How long have you been a yoga instructor?
Pyl: It has been more than three years since formal teaching.
Lq: What courses are mainly taught now?

Lq: Why did you think of practicing yoga and becoming a yoga instructor?
Pyl: My original intention is because I like yoga. I like practicing yoga, which can keep me in a state of meditation and self-cultivation. I want to keep this state all the time, so I choose to be a yoga teacher. Besides, I usually like to deal with people. Yoga teachers can contact many students, and the teaching process is also a learning process for me.
Lq: As a knowledge teacher, how do you usually improve yourself?
Pyl: First, continuous self-practice, learning yoga without practice is equivalent to going to Baoshan empty-handed; The second is to read books related to yoga to broaden your horizons. When I just got the advanced certificate of yoga instructor, I felt very familiar with yoga. After reading the book, I realized that I had just arrived at the foot of the mountain, and at most one foot entered the gate. I glanced inside and only caught a glimpse of the meaning of yoga. Yoga is worth practicing all your life. The third is to participate in all kinds of online and offline training, better teach members, be responsible for the course, and be responsible for the students. People always have a little faith, and yoga is my faith.

What do you hope students can get from your class?
Pyl:? Yoga sutra? Say: Yoga is to control the fluctuation of consciousness. Besides meditation, asana practice is also a kind of dynamic meditation. Keeping the pose can also help to stabilize the mood and control the fluctuation of consciousness, and find the connection with the inner self in the stable pose. Therefore, I hope that when you practice yoga, you should try not to practice yoga with utilitarian heart, and don't compare with the people next to you. You just need to calm down, enjoy yoga (including stretching pain) and concentrate on practicing. What you want will come unexpectedly one day. I hope students can get to know themselves again after class and seek inner openness and freedom. Others, such as eliminating sub-health, delaying aging, having a good figure and a good complexion, are all by-products of yoga.
Lq: What's your biggest gain from learning yoga?
Pyl: The biggest gain should be a change in personality and a better temper, such as running around like a tamed wild horse and finding the right direction to go home. Also feel at ease a lot.
Lq: Do you have any good suggestions for beginners to practice yoga?
Pyl: Beginners practicing yoga is a process of gradually developing, exploring and understanding their own bodies. Talk to your body. Your body is your best teacher. Don't force yourself to do postures that your body can't do. Many novices are always a little impetuous when they start practicing, especially when their posture is not up to standard. Many people will have a mentality of keeping up with others, so I suggest novices to practice: don't worry, take your time. Yoga is not difficult or tiring. Feeling comfortable and refreshed after a class is the correct yoga.
