1. Install the Personal Edition of Fuxin Editor and open it. Click Quick Open on the initial page to open the document you want to cut.

2. Switch to the page toolbar page management, click the page clipping function below, and proceed to the next step according to the prompt.

3. Go back to the document content page, drag the border of the part to be cut, and then double-click any position selected by the border to enter the settings page.

4. On the Settings page, you can set the margins, page size and page range, then check the preview on the right, and click OK after confirmation.

Don't forget to save the document after cutting.
