The practice of meditation is actually to use the controllable parts of the body to cut off thinking, and so is breathing. Many teachers will teach exhaling, inhaling and holding your breath. Let's experiment. Take a deep breath and hold your breath. The moment you hold your breath, your mind goes into a vacuum and you can't think. I entered Zen.

When thinking is cut off, there is an energy that automatically flows into perception. Perception and thinking can hardly coexist. When there is too much thinking, perception will disappear.

Zen is in a state of perception, which is wise. A child or a madman who has no consciousness of thinking. Children and lunatics have low-level thinking and have not yet started, and their perception is ignorant and unwise. Zen is the high unity of perception and wisdom.

Thinking is a difficult content to explain, involving many things that cannot be expressed in words. Many books say that meditation can't be said and can't be said. But our ancient Laozi said: "Tao can be Tao, but not extraordinary." Zen is practicing yoga. Through a series of methods, your body and mind are reunited and enter a state of perception, which cannot be expressed in words. Therefore, the word Zen is used to describe this state, which is the purpose and effect of practicing yoga.
