Stick to lemonade and green tea. It's simple, as long as you insist. I basically adhered to these principles, occasionally fouled, and now my weight fluctuates between 90 and 90-92 kg.

5. supplementary question: you must be hungry if you sleep too late. But you can't eat it no matter how hungry you are. After practicing all night, it's better to eat something before going to bed than not to practice at all. If you want to solve this problem, you can only go to bed early.
