For many years, I have been a so-called "heart freak", and my goal is to train more than what I eat every day. My theory is that no matter how many calories I consume (mostly wrong calories), I will consume them as energy because I work hard at the gym. I will spend hours running on the treadmill, running on the elliptical machine, or doing some cruel cycle training.
Sequela is a form of maintaining my weight-but at the expense of health. Because I don't eat well and exhaust my immune system and nervous system, I always have colds and flu attacks. This will keep me from going to the gym for days on end. I was weak when I tried to train again. When my daughter was young, she was still in the day care center. It was a constant battle. She will get sick, and then I will, and this cycle will run through the whole family. I'm at my wit's end, but I never stop. Looking back now, I can't believe that I have reached the edge of madness! Do the same thing over and over again, but expect the same result!
However, when I started my competitive journey, all these excessive aerobic exercises stopped, and then diet became the "key" factor for my muscle exercise and leaning forward. As a physical competitor, I have a deeper understanding of the importance of maintaining diet as a key factor in weight loss goals. But speaking of it, sports are also very important on the road. For me, exercise helps to strengthen my strength, muscles and endurance.
I totally understand that not everyone wants to gain some muscles, but there is no harm in keeping fit or in a well-proportioned figure. You look much better in clothes, and more importantly, you feel great. I hate feeling weak, which happens when you stop going to the gym. When you build some muscles, you will feel tighter and more organized.
Many people can escape punishment without training, but they choose to walk or ride bicycles. Maybe they often do some other sports to keep healthy, fit and fit. The correct answer depends on your lifestyle, what you like and why you think this is your ideal body shape. The best advice I can give you is that exercise needs to be something you like to do, and it can well match your life plan.
At first, you may not like sports, which takes a little time to cultivate the so-called "pleasure" that most of us experience after training. This is a hormone combination that feels good, and we will have a feeling of being on cloud nine. You will like that feeling, and of course you will notice it when it is not there!
Sometimes, dieting may be a challenge, but I have always regarded exercise as my overall reason and the savior in my life. We all had a hard year, and when they moved to the gym, I didn't feel very good-to be honest, I didn't feel very good. No amount of dieting can bring me the wonderful feeling of exercise.
In short, dieting is the first point of your weight loss journey, and exercise has little effect in this respect, but it has a certain effect on you. You will never regret it.
