If the strong wind blows from the north, the counterweight will swing to the north like a huge pendulum, so that the wind damper will generate a force opposite to the wind direction, thus resolving the shaking degree of the building and offsetting the influence of the strong wind on the building.

3. After using this device, the acceleration of strong wind to the building can be reduced by about 40%, so that people in the building can hardly feel the shaking of the building even if they are attacked by strong wind.
