Materials: cloth, scissors, chalk, ruler, needle and thread, circle.
Step 1: Measure the waist circumference of your abdomen, waist and side with a ruler, then draw it on the cloth with chalk according to the waist circumference, and finally cut it with scissors according to the chalk lines.
Step 2: sew the front, side and back of the fabric with needle and thread, then nail the circle and tie the bandage.
When you choose cloth, don't choose the leather shown in the above picture. It's best to choose something elastic and breathable, so it won't be boring to wear.
Besides making such a tummy belt, we can also make a simple tummy belt with gauze. First, we choose gauze about 200cm long and 30cm wide. It is recommended to lie flat on the bed because the force will be more balanced. Lift your hips, put a cushion under your waist, and then push your abdomen up from your pubic bone with your hands until your lower abdomen is sunken.
Then take out the cushion, put the gauze on the lower three fingers of the hip bone and start winding. After several turns, fix it with a safety pin. It is suggested that the winding strength should not be too tight, because it is not conducive to blood circulation, but it should not be too loose, so it will not work, so the strength should be appropriate. Gauze tummy belt is not made, just wrapped around it. You can also refer to the winding method of the video below.
